Our Greater Bank and Greater Bank Charitable Foundation social media channels are all about keeping you in the loop. If you have any questions, please shoot us a DM on Facebook or give our Customer Contact Centre a call on 13 13 86. If you need help with your account or financial advice, we'll need to verify your identity. Unfortunately, we can't do this on social media, so we’ll ask that you send a secure message via our app or online banking, give us a call or visit your local branch instead.

If you haven't noticed, we like to keep the vibe positive around here. Please stick to the topic and approach all interactions with respect and courtesy.

Just a heads up - we have the right to tweak, hide, or delete posts or comments that we think don't quite fit. This could be anything from off-topic or inappropriate to spammy or just plain mean. Let's keep it friendly and respectful to everyone in our community, including our Greater Bank team.

If someone doesn't play by these rules, we'll give them a warning in the first instance. But if they keep it up, they may get the permanent boot from our channels.

If we ever ask for your contact information via direct message, it's because we want to assist with the stuff we can't handle on social media. But always be on the lookout for unsolicited calls or texts pretending to be us. These might try to get you to share personal details or trick you into clicking a link. Don't fall for it! Instead, hit us up through a trusted channel to make sure it’s a legitimate request. And if you've shared any personal details here, like your tax file number or driver's license, it's best to delete it pronto to maintain your security - or we will.

In addition our Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy, the social media platform's rules about keeping information safe also count.

Whatever you share here might be used by Greater Bank and their affiliates in other media, marketing materials, or for general business purposes without any legal or monetary obligation. It's important to also note that our posts may not always align with the official stance of Greater Bank or Greater Charitable Foundation, so just keep that in mind.

Operating Hours

Our social media channels are moderated by our friendly Greater Bank team.

Call us Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm AEST for anything Greater Bank related. For our Greater Charitable Foundation, we’ll get back to you through the week between 8am-5pm.
