How do I access an interim statement?
Statements are not accessible through our app. You can access an interim statement by first logging into online banking in a web browser, then selecting the account you require a statement for.
Desktop/laptop
- Select the ‘Print’ button which is located under ‘Search transactions’ next to ‘Export’.
- You can then print or save as a PDF and email etc.
iPhone
To access an interim on iPhone you will need to log into Online Banking via Safari. Note the below instructions will not work in Chrome, Firefox etc.
- On the bottom of the screen select the share icon. This will open a menu on your device.
- Select ‘Options’ and then select PDF and hit ‘Done’.
- Then select how you’d like to share this PDF file (email, iMessage etc.)
Android
- Click the 3 dots in the top right menu
- Click 'Share' and 'Print'.
- Select 'Save as PDF'
Alternatively, you can obtain an interim statement by dropping into your nearest branch or by calling our Contact Centre on 13 13 86 (Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am – 1:00pm).
