Connection to online banking is via HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure). Your browser must have JavaScript enabled and you must accept session cookies. For your online banking to run as seamlessly as possible, we recommend using the Google Chrome web browser. |

1. Check your device software version
The easiest way to find the model and number of the device you are using is to use the device itself.

2. Update your app
