Optimising your app and online banking experience
We’ve always been committed to providing our customers with safe, easy access to their money wherever they are. Recently, you may have noticed our uplift to the look and feel of our app login and quick balance screens.
Up next, we’ve refreshed the experience when logging in and out, and we’ve updated our iconography and button colours. These changes are just another part of our ongoing program of work to better understand how our customers bank online, and to provide them with the best, most convenient experience possible.
Accessing online banking
We’ve refreshed the login screen for our online banking experience, bringing it in-line with the one enjoyed every day by our hundreds of thousands of app users.
Accessing online banking will still be done the same way, via username and password, and you’ll still be able to access the Forgot password function conveniently on the login screen.

A picture can say a thousand words, right?
This is more true than you know. As we increasingly rely on emojis and icons to communicate quicker than words can, we felt it time to review our iconography within the app and online banking. Those we’ve chosen will hopefully save you time and help you find what you need more intuitively.
And while we were at it, we reviewed the colours of our menus and buttons. The changes we’ve made are designed to help you make clear choices without being overly distracting.
