Greater Bank’s Dubbo Branch Manager, Cassie Reynolds, has been named Greater Bank’s 2022 Greater Bank Employee of the Year.
The Employee of the Year Award recognises an employee for their outstanding performance or contribution that goes above and beyond expectations, or readily displays Greater Bank’s values.
Cassie was one of eight Employee of the Quarter winners who went on to be finalists in this year’s major employee award, which was presented at a recent End of Financial Year employee event.
Cassie has headed up Greater Bank’s Dubbo Branch for the last five years and could not have been prouder after receiving the top gong.
“The award means everything to me. I never envisaged that I would be in this position to be named Employee of the Year. It really is a dream come true,” Cassie said.
“Along with the nominees, we have so many wonderful people working across our organisation, so to recognise someone from a branch in a regional area is incredibly special.
“It’s not just a win for me though. It’s a win for my team. It may be my name on the trophy, but I could not have won this without their incredible support.
“What made it even better was having Jackie (Wellings) and Josh (Roach) there on Saturday night to share the award and celebrations.
“To be honest, the last two years have been unbelievably challenging for frontline staff, so to receive this recognition is nothing short of exhilarating.”
