That’s according to the 2023 Mozo People’s Choice Awards for Banking, where the Hunter-based, customer-owned bank was recognised today among the leading award winners.
Conducted by the financial comparison site, Mozo, Greater Bank has taken out awards in three categories - Outstanding Customer Satisfaction, Highly Trusted and Most Recommended.
Mozo People’s Choice Awards survey thousands of Australians to find out their opinion on how well their banking providers are living up to expectations across a range of areas from trustworthiness through to customer service.
