Greater Bank and Newcastle Permanent have merged, effective 1 March 2023.
Newcastle Permanent Building Society Limited ACN 087 651 992 has changed its corporate name to Newcastle Greater Mutual Group Ltd (the ACN and ABN and licence numbers remain the same).
All assets and liabilities of (including contracts with) Greater Bank Limited have been transferred to Newcastle Greater Mutual Group Ltd ACN 087 651 992 (former name Newcastle Permanent Building Society Limited) (NGM Group).
NGM Group will continue to operate both the Greater Bank and Newcastle Permanent brands.
